Bonnie Doone Manor on the Beach is the only hotel in Grand Bend that is right at the beach.  Lake Huron water is refreshing in the spring and quite warm in late summer.  The beach is wide and very sandy.  The entry to the water may have small round stones but then it quickly changes to soft sand.  Most days the water is quite still but late in the season the waves may build from the Northwest and make it more interesting. The Manor is located right beside the entry to the pier and all boats heading out for the day to enjoy the water and sunshine pass by.  We are the perfect destination for couples and families with children.  Our buildings are smoke free.
