Booking & Cancellation Policy:
A deposit equal to the cost of your first night will be taken immediately upon booking. You may cancel your reservation anytime up to fourteen days before your scheduled check-in date and your booking deposit will be returned to your payment method. If you have to cancel your reservation anytime during the fourteen days immediately prior to your scheduled check-in date you will be charged for total days per your reservation.
Out of respect to your fellow vacationers, QUIET is expected by 11 PM. This policy is enforced. Those who do not abide by this policy can be evicted without notice.
